Group coaching blends self-guided learning with the power of collective growth. Participants move through self-led coursework focused on inner empowerment, then deepen that learning through guided group coaching sessions centered on Empowerment Self-Defense—turning insight into embodied skill. This experience offers more than education. It creates a supportive, connected community where peers learn alongside one another and explore their personal empowerment journey through weekly live calls. Each group is intentionally supported, with curriculum thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs, goals, and areas of focus of those participating.

One-on-one coaching offers the highest level of personalized support for those ready to grow with intention and care.
These private sessions are fully tailored to you—your experiences, your goals, and your pace—providing a clear roadmap, compassionate accountability, and space for meaningful transformation. Together, we explore where you are now, honor where you’ve been, and thoughtfully design a path forward. This work supports the release of what’s holding you back while building the skills, clarity, and confidence needed to move toward your fullest potential. Sessions may integrate trauma-informed and somatic approaches, such as trauma release, nervous system regulation, EMDR-informed practices, self-care planning, life coaching, empowerment self-defense, psychological first aid, boundary setting, and de-escalation strategies—always guided by what best serves you. This is a collaborative, whole-person process—designed to help you reconnect with your strength, trust your inner wisdom, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Empowerment Self-Defense (ESD) is a 50+ year, evidence-based approach to violence prevention, developed to support women and other vulnerable populations in building safety, confidence, and choice.
This work goes far beyond physical technique. ESD equips individuals with practical tools to recognize risk, interrupt violence as it’s unfolding, and respond effectively when needed—while staying connected to their voice, boundaries, and inner strength. This is not a martial arts class. Instead, we explore the mental, emotional, and physical dynamics behind unsafe situations. Participants learn to set boundaries, use de-escalation strategies, and navigate challenging verbal interactions—whether addressing harassment, bullying, or escalating behavior. Through my online self-defense and empowerment courses, you’ll learn real-world responses to common situations people face every day, grounded in awareness, clarity, and self-advocacy. Her homework assignments and questions were extremely helpful, encouraging people to question safety planning at home.
